Todd has worked in the IT space for over 25 years, commonly leading large, complex, global programs, even getting the chance to work and live in Germany for 2 of these years. He's been in the Service Management space for 15 years and has focused on ServiceNow for the past eight years. While having worked in the Presales space for a couple of years, the bulk of his time has been spent in Delivery and Operations, establishing and leading teams to deliver positive client results.
Whether it's in his work or personal life, he loves adventures. You can regularly find him in his Jeep Wrangler, spending time with his wife exploring Michigan's beautiful lakes and trails. When not on the trails, he is spending time with his wife, four adult children, one grandson, and their four-legged children (dog and cat). Surprisingly, he occasionally also finds time for camping, golfing, and snowboarding.
